I joined TK Network about 14 months ago. They are the 4th internet service provider that I have had in the 7 1/2 years in my current location. I had constant issues with dropped service, outages, major slowdowns, and long waits for service. I always subscribed to the most robust service available so that I could stream video and transfer large photo files. Other companies had a myriad of excuses for their poor service. TK Network installed the day I called them! Only ONE time did I lose service. When I called, Travis answered and assured me that they were working on the issue. Within 45 minutes, my service was back up. No slow downs. No blips. No breaks. No excuses! This is how a business should be run.

Excellent service. I can highly recommend this company. I have also switched over to their phone service. Just as with their Internet, I find them to be the best that i have everr used. I recommend them - and for those of us in Androscoggin County, they are an Auburn-based business. Their customer service is responsive, prompt and accurate.

TK Networks is a local provider - that's really important to me. They have been fast and helpful when I needed help, BUT service is so good, that has only been once. When there is a problem, they let you know immediately, and then fix it very quickly. I am glad I made the switch to TK Networks.
